Since 1995 the annual program of Dobrich Fair SA starts with the leading of the Exchange for Seeds and Seedlings. Since 1998 the exhibition is under the aegis of The Ministry of the Agriculture and Forestry. In the year of 2000 Dobrich Fair SA became a member of the Association of the Seed Growers, which chose the Exchange for Seeds and Seedlings to be its basic forum. The prizes of The Foundation Rachinski for “The best selectionist” and “The best seed grower” are awarded during the exhibition period.
